after consultation with andy marvick, i've begun the task of htmlization
of the current edition of the garden. since this is such a massive tome,
this will take some time. i'll start adding sections as they are completed
and will post notice when the first few are available. at that time, i'd
appreciate comments and suggestions (up front, i'll mention that pictures
will not be immediately an option mostly since i don't have the disk space
and i don't use a graphical browser most of the time).

should andy, at some future time, update the garden, i'll make an effort
to update the affected sections of the htmlized version as well.
