Howdy! I had no trouble finding a copy in Vancouver at A&B Sound. If
you're interested, I believe they do mail order and maybe even have a
toll-free number. Let me run & find one of their ads...
...Yes, they do have a toll-free number: 1-800-663-0596. I don't know if
it works outside of BC, but give it a shot. My copy was approx. $15, but I
don't know how they price things for mail/phone order.
