Using the procedures outlined in the Gaffa FAQ, I have been
trying to obtain Cloudbusting and Garden files via the
ftpmail-server at dec.com, but have been unsuccessful with
every attempt - I get back only differing error messages,
usually something like "can't find file or directory".  Has
anyone else had this problem?  Any suggestions? (Our system
does not have the capability to ftp in the usual way, so this
is my only option).
