Please note that few Americans know precisely what a "willy" is, without 
adequate context.  The context provided would only suffice to clue-in 
those who have sex on their minds all the time.

Something like, "My pulsating love sausage is of grand proportions" would 
likely sneak past only Mary Whitehouse.

But, it wouldn't fit in the title line.
