I think I prefer it this way. Maybe it's just growing on me[*], but I
think the rather over-the-top story and acting (quite reasonable for a
myth) was a bit overpowerring towerring over my head, wheras at a more
human scale it works better.



[*] Short, Shameful Confession: I've had it since Saturday and have
	only watched it 3 times. Must try harder.
