Gershwin CD....where?

     I've noticed a number of people here have the Glory of Gershwin
CD...I have the Kate single (Terrific!), but I get blank stares
everywhere I go looking for the whole CD.  What's the deal?  Is it just
an import, or is it available in the states now?  In either case, could
someone be kind enough to provide me with the information I should feed
to my local CD vendor so he can get it?  Thanks!
