I have been a Kate fan since 1982, was introduced to her music by another female fan, and we are both more than just casual fans. By this I mean we tend to collect everything we can get our hands on. Kate's music means something very personal to me and her appeal (to me) has nothing to do with her sexuality. In fact, I know more female Kate fans than male Kate fans. Must be a geographic thing!
