Don't know if anybody's mentioned this, but EMI (or rather IMP, or
whatever their publishing firm is called) have released (in the UK at
least) a score book for TRS. No nice colour photos like the TSW one,
just one mono photo, a page of Kately facts and arrangements of all
the album tracks for voice, piano and guitar.
