Here's what it is:

	Kate Bush Limited Edition Picture Disc

On the label it says:

	KATE BUSH LIMITED EDITION PICTURE DISC    BAKTABAK   MADE IN ENGLAND

The picture on the label looks like this:

	Kate has her hair down looking casual. She's standing between 2 wooden
	rafters.

The picture on the actual disc looks like this:

	Kate is wearing a checkered yellow jacket and is holding a mandolin.
