Try ftp.uwp.edu.  If it's too busy to log you on, it should give you a 
list of other sites that have some of the uwp.edu files mirrored.  
There's one in Sweden (.se), but I can't remember what it's called.  
It seems like I'm usually refused access to uwp.edu because there are too 
many users already and I have to ftp to the .se address. 

Right now, though, I'm in and here's what I've found for Kate:
