Thanks go to Peter Manchester for a wonderful convention report.  I feel
particularly indebted to him because I was unable to make it personally
this time, although I feel I *was* there after having read his report.  I'm
sorry to have missed meeting up with all the love-hounds who travelled from
all over the world to be there.

But I was disappointed to read that the love-hounds were once again billed
as the American fans. This just isn't true and is unfair to the rest of us.
Whether we're 40%, 50% or 95% American, we are still an *international*
forum. I thought the Internet was all about breaking down barriers.
