re:cloudbusting "book"

I found the recent discussion centring around Reich to be facinating. 
I have a Kate-interview picture disk in which she and an Australian 
journalist discuss the background to the song "Cloudbusting". Kate 
mentions that the song is based on a book she read. This book is 
called "Book of Dreams" by Peter Reich. Does anyone know if this book 
is still available (i.e. in print), who the publisher is, the ISBN 
etc. Any information in connexion with this would be most 
appreciated.
