Red Shoes dance mix

Hi,
 
I've bought the 7" and second CDsingle of Kate's new UK release (I haven't
spotted the European Eat the Music yet!) with the Red shoes dance mix on the
latter. I really like the mix, I think it could be a big club smash, but
then again, I never go to clubs ;-).
Anyway, the only thing that really freaks me out are the tiny voices that
start on 1:21. I keep thinking of a Dutch sentence which I suspect to hear.
Does anyone know what is said? It begins to spoil my enjoyment of the track.
 
Also, if someone's found out the lyrics to "You want Alchemy", please post
them. I love the song, but think she misuses her voice a little. Is it
becoming a new trademark of Kate to scream so ugly? I heard it on Big
Stripey Lie and now again. I like the spooky high notes from her early songs
better. Is this her way of saying she can't do that anymore?
