This was recently asked on the Marillion newsgroup.

In the credits to TRS, Kate thanks Mark Wilkinson.  There is a Mark
Wilkinson who is an artist and did the covers for a number of Marillion
and Fish's albums.  Is it the same person that Kate is thanking?  If so
does anyone know why the acknowledgement as he did not do the cover art
