     The 1993 dates were probably stamped when the stuff was moved from
uxc to vixen.  It is old stuff, and if the archivers of the group (and you
know who you are ;) can't find anything unique, you may want to send mail
to Paul Pomes (paul@vixen.cso.uiuc.edu) to have it removed.
     Then again, what harm can an extra ftp site do? ;-)
