TRS BOX SETS

Has anyone noticed the different sets of limited editions RED
SHOE BOX sets available for TRS?

Some contain CD's some do not{the bootlegs apparently}, some
come in shoe boxes with baby shoe{slippers}, some come with
size 4 1/2 red shoes(Kate's shoe size), and some come with
T-shirts and other assorted items.

Has anyone purchased any of these? My wife surprised me this
past Christmas with the Heart-Shaped Shoe Box which a
local store special ordered from the UK. I love it, and it
is one of my favorite Kate items--including the music
