Here's the fact about Japanese CD single.

TOCP-8014	Toshiba EMI
Rubberband Girl Mini Album	5" CD
tracks:  RBG/RBG(Extended Mix)/BSL

This 'Mini Album' was released around 11/1.
It is with 8 pages of booklet (besides the cover),
including 2pages for lyrics in English/Japanese
and 3pages for notes by Michinari Yamada (in kanji, off cource).
There's no photo in the booklet.
Its 'cardboard flap' says it's the first cut from TRS but
I don't hear about leleases of MoP or EtM.
I see the picture on disk has better quality than UK edition.

The Red Shoes

Outlines are the same with UK CD.
It is with a 4-fold sheet, one side with notes by Yamada,
another side with Japanese translations of lyrics.
