I just ordered it for $9 USwhich included shipping and
handling.  However, this was for the Canadian version.  A local
music store offered to get the Japanese for me for the low low
price of $275 US.  I said no thank you, bowed and ordered the
Canadian version.  My KaTe mania is barely tolerated and using
that much money to duplicate six CD' might send  my wife and I 
to divorce court.  She did, however, buy a Philip Glass opera
for me for Christmas which I would say shows great love and
tolerance.
