If anyone wants to get the Canada version of the TWW box set (i.e., are
willing to pay $89.88 Canadian, approx $60-some US, for the discs without
lyrics), you can order it from A&B Sound in Victoria, BC.   Their phone
number is 1-800-663-0596.  They didn't say how many they had, but I got the
impression they had a central warehouse, and could cull the stock from their
store(s) to fill mail orders.  Air Mail shipping costs to Chicago were
around $6.
