I just checked my copy of EtM, and the words "THE RED SHOES" are below
the circle.  It would be interesting if there are two different versions
of the cover floating around.  Anyhow, I checked and the "TK" is still where
I said it was.  I might be able to get the full page cover scanned if I can
get a friend of mine to do it.  I wouldn't be able to put it up on the FTP
site, but I could mail it to someone who could.
