Subject: hypothesis about poor UK single sales

I was wondering why RBG has shown poorly in the UK singles chart. Is it possible that Kate is now really an album artist? That her music is not going to appeal to the masses, especially when the average age of the single buying public is barely postpubescent and must consider KaTe to be an artist of yesteryear and the previous generation? Also, consider that the RBG single has two album tracks and an extended mix. Not a lot of incentive for the average KaTe fan to invest hard earned pounds in when the album is due shortly. Remember, CDs cost more in the UK than here and incomes are lower. I will not be surpised if TRS enters the UK album chart at No. 1 Derek ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Derek H.
