The new (October) RC mag, has a "Kate Bush Top 100 Rarities" article
by a Kamran Raja. There's a postscript about a "Red Shoe Promo
Shoebox" which is said to be a box in the shape of a size 4 1/2
shoebox containing a TRS CD, a video (probably the RbG vid), a biog
printed on parchment paper and a fountain pen. Only 1000 to be
relased. Is this the same as IGG's one?

Interestingly, the semi-mythical Early Years album isn't mentioned at
all in the top 100.

For the record, here's the top 10:

1. Moving/Them Heavy People
Japanese promo gatefold double-pack with Seiko ad, 25 only, PRP1046/7, L500

2. The Kick Inside
Jap white label promo LP in folder inc. biog and notes on pink paper,
EMS81042, L300.

3. Self-Portrait (The Kick Inside)
US promo interview LP inc. letter, cue sheets, SSA3020, L300.

4. Moving/Them Heavy People
Identical to #1 but with lyrics instead of ad. 200 only, PRP1046/7, L300

5. The Sensual World
Jap promo CD with press folder, SPCD-1082, L250.

6. This Womans Work
Jap promo box set (promo stamps and stickers), TOCP6460, L250.

7. An Interview with Kate Bush
Canadian promo interview LP, cue sheets, 200 only, SPRO282, L175.

8. The Kick Inside
UK uncut picture disc LP, EMCP3223, L150.

9. Never For Ever
UK promo LP, press kit (biog, photos), EMA794, L125.

10. The Kick Inside
UK picture disc LP, mispressed with same picture on both sides,
EMCP2332, L120.

On The Singles File, (quoted value L90) it says "a small quantity
destined for the US market include individually numbered booklets,
though both versions have the same value."
