How to get RUBBERBAND GIRL (and other stuff)

I've noticed a few postings here from people interested in getting a copy of
the "Rubberband Girl" CD single, so I thought I'd mention that the CD
speciality shop that I work at a couple nights a week, The CD Bar, has a North
America wide mail order service.  The toll free line is 1-800-663-1616.  Not
only do we currently have a whole stack of the single in stock, but we have
access to literally thousands of CD's from around the world, and we get new
releases from the UK and Europe within 2 or 3 days of release.  You can also
