Has anyone heard how to go about getting the dlx edition CD that Allan was
talking about? I live in a town with one independently owned cd store, and,
call me crazy, but I doubt they'll have a special edition version of a KB
cd. Do people expect larger cd stores in "the big cities" will carry the
dlx version at least initially?
