probably not. "rocket man" was available on _two rooms_ in america, but 
"candle in the wind" never saw release on american shores. seems sensical
(if annoying) that someon might think it would make a good b-side for 
that reason (and that reason alone - yes, i share richard's distate for
this song).

again not likely. especially with the releases of _the red shoes_ video.
concurrent, competing releases is not a common practice amongst major labels.
