*Way* Out on a Limb But....

Not having heard the song at all (come on, people with answering machines,
PLEEEESE), I am intrigued by this line about "the case of judge the wipe".

been jailed for years were freed. I.e. the judgements were wiped. Our Lady
of Kateness, being a socially aware type person, would want to remark on
that.
