Utah Saints thanks Kate Bush among others for use of that bit o'sound, but 
given the little sermon they include on the glories of sampling, something
like "we believe the sampled sound is an instrument unto itself blah blah
blah," I had assumed it *was* a sample of Kate.  It certainly sounds like
her!  Can anybody clear up this ol' question?
