I would agree that the album is very good. (Even at new prices.) 

"Sleeping Satellite" is the best song, but "The Higher You Climb" and
"Ripped Inside" are good too.


I'm also curious who she sounds like.  This has really been bugging me
because I think the answer should be obvious, but it escapes me.

I've never hear Aimee Mann before, so it's not her that I'm thinking of.
It's not Seal either, it's a woman.

Anyone have any ideas?
