No new Kate this year- Here's why

Hi-

A lot of folks have lately (or at least, since the release of The Sensual
World) have been asking, "When's Kate's next album coming out?"  Well, as
a long-time Kate-watcher, I can tell you:  There will be no new Kate album
this year.  Next year, yes.  Here's why:

*** THE KATE EQUATION ***  (Note:  I did not invent this; I forgot who did)

Not counting The Kick Inside (since it was her first) or Lionheart (generally
a good idea, anyway), look:
Never For Ever - 1980
The Dreaming - 1982 (two year wait)
Hounds of Love - 1985 (three year wait)
Sensual World - 1989 (four year wait)

Ergo, her next one will be in 1994.  Which means the next one after that
won't be done until the year 2000!
