Why do people write Kate: Ka Te?

What's the Paddy Bush box set?

When's the next work from Kate expected?

Is there a list of everything she's done somewhere that I could get access to
(FTP or the like)?

Is this Digest based in the U.S.? If not, where?

Has Kate ever played in the U.S.?
