My latest posts seem to be getting lost, so here we go again.
 
HOMEGROUND 47 has now gone off to the printer, after much midnight oil
burning. Hopefully it will be in the post to subscribers before the 
end of the month.
 
Why do some of you guys spend so much time throwing bricks at each
other? Do you like it or something? Do you think it makes  Kate
or Katefans look good? All you do is drive people away from Gaffa,
and that is not a end to be desired.
 
Can't some of you accept that someone else can have a contrary view,
and yet not be a knave or a fool? Can there not be some standards of 
debate in this group? The rantings in some recent posts have gone
beyond the infantile.
 
The recent discussion of Kate's sexuality would distress her immensely
were she to be aware of it. You may be aware that her private life is
something that she guards jealously. It is the one thing of hers that 
is not and never will be public property. The stories that begin "I
have a friend who says he used to know Kate and she said..." are legion,
and as a rule are complete fabrications.
 
How about some discussion of matters Kateian. Here's a starter. If
Kate doesn't want to do any promotion for the next album, how is it 
to be promoted? Should it be?
