Well, anything is possible, but this strikes me as extremely unlikely.
Kate has had a long-term, well-publicized relationship with her bassist,
Del Palmer, for perhaps fifteen years now.  It's true that some of her
songs deal with gay issues, but that's as far as it goes -- at least
according to all those whom I trust.  Many of her songs are
clearly heterosexual, according to Kate herself (e.g. "Running Up
That Hill").  Incidentally, I'm pretty sure Kate has met Annie
Lennox, but I have my doubts whether she's ever met Stevie Nicks.
