Paul Simon

I know this is not strictly Kate Bush but I really do think Paul Simon is
just about in her league, anyway, can anyone give me any kind of a clue as
to when the new album from Simon is expected? (track listing or any info
much appreciated) and whether it is going to be another plunder culture
job (I refer here to the use of ethnic styles on Rhytm of the Saints and
Graceland) or if he is going back to more traditional kind of styles. Plus
can anyone tell me of any rare Paul Simon stuff that is available, giving
an idea of price etc.
