Never For Ever book

I saw in the local shops that the Never For Ever book which accompanied
the recent box set is now available separately at 14-95 pounds. No sign
of the book from the Lioness at Heart box however. Sorry I do not have
publishers or ISBN numbers to hand but could find out if people are interested.
