   She used to smoke John Player Specials, and in one interview the
interviewer mentioned her smoking a "Silk Cut", mentioning that it was
a habit shared by many ballet dancers. Insane. (I was unfamilier with
what a "Silk Cut" was, and didn't know if it was a brand of tobacco or
obscure British slang for something else.)
