ok, I'll bite -- who or what is Happy Rhodes?

I've been seeing references to Happy Rhodes left, right and centre
lately, but haven't paid any attention to them (sorry.. but you
can't read everything on usenet!).

Can someone give me a quick summary about who/what Happy Rhodes is
and what they/she/it is all about? For reference's sake, I am a
big Bush/Amos/Vega/Tikaram/McLachlan fan... is HR something I need
to check out?
