Hi Folks!

I haven't been around for a long while. I don't take the trouble of explaining
this, but here I am again! At least for once...

Dick Locke wrote something about CD / DCC / DAT / Laserdisc and I fully agree
with him. However, one line might lead to some confusion:

> ... Since there are already so many analogue cassettes and players, the
> manufacturers have decided to make the new machines able to play (only) the
> analogue format cassettes. ...

The new DCC players eat as well analogue tapes (the ones you folks already
have at home) AND the new DCC tapes.

It's dead, it's forgotten, it doesn't even have some statue somewhere, and
no one cares ... in the Netherlands.
