	A friend of mine is looking for (her words) the Kate Bush Song Book.

	I've got no idea - even after reading the FAQ - whether such a beast
exists.  Ergo, I'd like brief information - preferably via mail - about any
sheet-music compilations of KaTe tunes, particularly those which span multiple
albums.
