A friend of mine is looking for the (her words) Kate Bush Song Book.  I don't
know if such a beast exists, even after reading the not-labeled-as-a-FAQ list.

I'd appreciate any information on compilations of sheet music for KaTe songs, 
particularly those which include songs from more than one album.
