Aspects of TSW

Hi,

Last Sunday when everybody went swimming, I went to a record fair.
And there I found an American release called "Aspects of the
Sensual World" (Columbia 44K 73174).
It contains
       1) The Sensual World
       2) Be Kind To My Mistakes
       3) I'm Still Waiting
       4) Ken
       5) TSW (instrumental)
Has anybody heard about it?
When has the comic strip, where Ken is taken from, been realized?
