Bel Canto's newest, "Shimmering Warm and Bright" is a must buy :)

In fact it's Dollie de Luxe, and they're Norwegian (like Bel Canto :)

When they were discovered, there were no such thing as local radio
stations in Norway, just the national NRK :) They were featured in a
programme devoted to demo tapes, and a recording company got
interested. They were called just "Dollie" then. I've never heard
about Kate covers before, it would be very interesting to hear...

Dollie's albums are;
F|rste akt (Norwegian)
Dollie's dagbok (Norwegian)
Rampelys (Norwegian)
Rock vs. Opera (really a maxi-single, I think) (English)
Which Witch (English)
Which Witch p} Kongsfjellet (double-album with additional material, live)

I doubt if their Norwegian records have been released outside Norway :)

They've been trying to get Which Witch on stage in London's West End,
and it looks like they have succeeded in getting a premiere in the
autumn. Fay Weldon has written the libretto.
