Hi folks,

Was just driving up the A1 and heard GLR's review of the week [Excellent London AOR station], and they played part of a Jane Siberry session, from when she came in the studio earlier in the week, which I messed :-(. Does anybody know whether she's playing any dates in the UK? [I guess she may have been plugging the new CD collection of her stuff, to the press here]. I believe she's supposed to be releasing a new album later in the year [as reported in Canada's "New Music" program]

They briefly mentioned the pronunciation of her name, saying that it should be pronunced Suberry (rhymes with rubbery), is this true or was it a wind up?

BTW. I saw Tori at the Royalty theatre in London a month ago, *awesome*. Live is better than the album; didn't miss the lack of orchestration at all. Sexiest piano player in '92; the way she half sits on the piano stool to lean into the piano, yet still face the audience, very unusual.

BTW. Have heard that Kate and Anna Mcgarrigle, and Mary Margaret O'Hara is coming to the UK this summer!!! :-)
