I've been told that Main Street Records in Northampton has such items, although
I haven't really investigated this with a phone call or visit (yet).  This
info was given to me by an employee of Newbury Comics.  That local chain
obviously won't have the rarities, but people there have been extremely adept
at pointing me in the right direction on this and other such questions. 
Newbury Comics also seems to attract a fair contingent of Kate fans (workers
and customers), for what it's worth.
