But I do know that "Ran Tan Waltz" was recorded back in 1980 as the B-side of "December Will Be Magic Again", between the releases of Never For Ever and The Dreaming. It pops up repeatedly on bootlegs of the Tour of Life, so apparently Kate wrote this much earlier. Occasionally you'll see such a recording with a song entitled "Open Wide".
