Firstly I'm very upset to hear the sad news of Hannah's death.

Regarding Vickie's idea of sending donations to Terrance Higgins Trust;

I for one would certainly be prepared to make a donation.
It would be a nice gesture if Love-Hounds made a donation together.

Vickie, it just so happens to be aids
awareness week at our college at the moment, so here's the address of the
Terrance Higgins Trust from one of the leaflets they were handing out.
(if you don't have the address already that is)

Furthermore, about the problem of getting cheques cashed and stuff, it might
be better to leave that upto the charity themselves, because the fact that
they are registered as a charity might mean they are entitled to preferential
exchange rates with their bankers.

This is only an idea, but it would be best to contact them to find out for
certain. If you wish I could try contacting them for you. ( I have the phone
number of their administration office ) I think it would be a good idea to
wait and see how many people are willing to make a donation so we can estimate
how much might be raised b  raised before we approach them.

Let me know how much interest there is and if you want me to contact them
on behalf of Love-Hounds.
