     Hey, I said "guarantee void where prohibited!"  ;-)
     Yes, while ! and @ are standard, what vastly small number of systems
(much less UUCP systems) are standard!  {=  The sig version will work if you
know how to connect to nstar or n8emr solely through UUCP, much like finding
an unmapped town with a map.
     Be sure that I'm not blaming anything or anyone except the relatively
short-sighted near-cretin and his invention, UUCP.  I still can't figure
out why sending mail to "{nstar|n8emr}!bluemoon!bsbbs!cynthia" bounces!  ;)
