I got mine last week. It comes in a white cardboard envelope with a
copy of the portrait stuck on the outside. Inside is the signed,
numbered (mine was #133/2000) lithograph itself on nice thick paper,
and of course, the CD-S as well. This is identical to my
day-of-release UK copy, exccept that the "Villean pipes" typo has been
corrected (wonder if the wrong ones are rare?)

The portrait is in charcoal by "Hannah". It looks like a youngish,
fairly thin faced KaTe - I don't think it's copied from any photo that
I've seen. It's not the most amazing likeness of KaTe I've ever seen
(it needs the lines around her mouth and more shading round her
cheeks to be instatnly recognisable) but it's quite pretty.
