Seeing "Rocket Man" in the U.S.A.

        So what's the best strategy for those of us who haven't seen ROCKET
MAN to do so here in the U.S.?  I'm going to be watching 120 minutes on MTV,
but is there somewhere else that might play it?
        As far as Ne T'enfuis Pas quotes, aside from the one already posted,
this is the only one I can find in the in-progress Cloudbusting edition 2: 
 
     Do you decide what records are going to be released in other countries,
and what the picture sleeves are going to be?
     Apart from the U.S.A. releases, we normally know up front what's
happening, if there's to be a special release. In the cases of the Irish
"Night of the Swallow," the U.S. mini-L.P., the European "Suspended in Gaffa"
and the French "Ne T'enfuis pas," we designed the bags, hoping they would
