Amoeba has it, I know because I bought mine there.  I also got a very
high-quality CD of Kate live at Hammersmith that I'm very happy with.
And Amoeba's price on the box set was about $20 cheaper than Rasputin's
when I got mine.  Amoeba beats Rasputin's into the ground.  Leopold's
is good too, I think.  Tower basically sucks, but they occasionally
have something the others don't.  But neither of those two even knew
there was a Kate box set, so in that respect they're CLUELESS!
