Well, apart from TWW I, there's also a bootleg containing transfers of the
vinyl b-sides.  Not terribly high quality, of course, and I can't even 
recall the title.

As to the rarities cd to be released shortly after the box set...well, it's
been, um, what, at least 10 months since the set was released.  I don't
even remember the last time I heard a _rumour_ that set a rarities set would
be released.
